Villa athena has 3 levels. On the Main Level you will find the Living and Dining area, with a fully equipped Kitchen, storage alcove and bathroom, including a shower and washing machine.

Upstairs, there are 3 Bedrooms to choose from, all with King Size Beds and wardrobes with extensive storage. The Master Bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, with both a separate shower & bath, as well as a balcony overlooking the front garden area. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are simple rooms, with access to a shared bathroom, equipped with a bath/shower combo. The upper level balcony that looks across the gardens, boasting an incredible view of the mountains and the view down to the ocean in Plakias.

The lower level can act as a living space of it’s own, with an additional kitchen and dining area, living area and sectioned off bedroom. You will also find a large bathroom downstairs with a shower. Additionally the storage room for bikes and all outdoor equipment can be found on this level.

Access to the house is through a Private Gate & Driveway, leading down to shaded parking where you will find the upper level of the garden, with large lawn and incredible views through the mountains and down to the ocean in Plakias. Enjoy the Private Pool, Outdoor Shower, Sun Loungers, a shaded Pergola and selection of Outdoor Tables and Chairs. The lower level Garden is covered in trees and plants with a garden path winding through.

Additionally at the front of the house there is a stoned garden area with a Charcoal BBQ Pit and Flower Beds.
